Order Processing

Please allow 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email after purchase regarding processing, printing, and shipping status.

 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Orders usually ship within a few days after purchase. We frequently offer free shipping, otherwise shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping time is usually 4-8 days. Both processing and shipping times may be significantly longer for some locations, especially during busy times (the holiday season).

 

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@mapsofthewild.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Processing time for returns is usually 7 days or less, not including shipping time.
